These Terms and Conditions govern your use of HireLinx and its AI-powered resume, job search, and credit-based features.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account, resume, and job preference information. You must not misuse HireLinx, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or violate applicable laws.

AI output disclaimer

HireLinx uses AI to generate resume suggestions, rewrites, cover letters, job analysis, and job search support. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review and edit all output before using it.

Credit usage rules

Credits are prepaid units used for AI-powered tools and premium features. Credits are deducted based on the action performed. Consumed credits are not restored unless required by our Refund Policy or applicable law.

Payments

Credit purchases are processed through Razorpay. Pricing, credit quantities, and available plans may change over time. Credits are added after successful payment verification.

Account suspension rights

We may suspend or restrict an account if we detect misuse, fraud, payment abuse, security risk, policy violations, or activity that may harm HireLinx or other users.

Service availability

We aim to keep HireLinx available, but AI providers, job providers, payment gateways, and hosting services may occasionally be unavailable or rate limited.
